Twenty years experience in residential and commercial sales with strong construction management experience. Professionally licensed in the State of Illinois.

Kristi Seitz, our registered landscape architect, brings almost 20 years of experience working with homeowners in planning their landscapes. Her goal is not just to add curb appeal to your home, or create a cookie cutter patio, but to design a landscape that fits your needs, tastes, and budget. Whether one does it all at once or over time, in the end you’ll have a landscape that grows with you. From initial design to installation, you’ll find that a well planned landscape is a wise investment. We look forward to working with you in creating your own garden oasis.

Brandi Cockream– Administrative Assistant
Associates degree from Joliet Junior College

Brandi Cockream, administrative assistant, brings over 5 years of customer service experience to the company. Her goal is to provide our customers with a prompt and friendly response to their questions and concerns. Being the first contact you’ll have at Trotter Landscape, she will provide you with the answer to your inquiry or connect you with the appropriate individual in the related department. Remember this face; she’ll be the voice at the other end of the phone.

We also have a large staff of field employees who are dedicated and hardworking. They handle themselves in a professional manner, working diligently to get YOUR project completed!

Trotter Landscape Company, Inc. wants you to be satisfied with your completed landscape project. We offer a one year guarantee on all installed plant material (excluding perennials) and a three year guarantee on settling of brick products.
